Compliance Management Group appoints Medway resident Glenn Trindade vice president of sales

Veteran business development leader to expand CMG’s compliance testing services with manufacturers across aerospace, defense, consumer electronics, and life sciences

Marlborough, Mass. ─ February 24, 2026 ─ Compliance Management Group (CMG), a leading provider of accredited compliance testing services, has appointed Medway, Mass., resident Glenn Trindade as its new vice president of sales.

In his new role, Trindade will focus on growing CMG’s domestic client base by attracting leading and specialty manufacturers in the medical device, robotics, consumer electronics, and life sciences sectors. He will promote CMG’s accredited testing services for CE Mark, electromagnetic compatibility, environmental, and package compliance, helping manufacturers bring products to market in North America, the European Union, Asia, and other global regions.

“Glenn brings a deep understanding of the compliance testing industry and a strong record of helping manufacturers navigate complex regulatory requirements,” said CMG President Michael Morrow. “His combination of technical sales experience, consultative approach, and customer focus will help CMG strengthen existing relationships and introduce our capabilities to new markets and clients.”

Trindade joins CMG with more than 20 years of experience in software and technical services sales. Most recently, he served as business development manager at Bureau Veritas Consumer Products Services in Littleton, Mass., where he spent nearly seven years helping clients meet global compliance and quality standards. His previous roles include director of sales for HVAC, industrial, HazLoc, and energy markets at Intertek, as well as senior business development and sales leadership positions with technology and services firms in the Greater Boston area.

Trindade is a 30-year resident of Medway, Massachusetts, and serves as a town selectman. He and his wife have three children and four grandchildren, and are both loyal Celtics fans and long-time season ticket holders.
